Benny Mai Benny has more than 20 years of experience in the biotech and green energy sector. He is committed to bringing eFuel facilities to market at scale and is a strong contributor to establishing Europe’s first eFuel Design and Performance Centre in Denmark, in collaboration with Liquid Wind partners Alfa Laval, Carbon Clean, Siemens Energy, and Topsoe. Benny’s passion for green energy and his collaborative approach make him a significant force in the industry. |
Karolina Albinsson Karolina has worked in R&D and CAPEX projects for more than 20 years, covering studies, basic and detailed design as well as construction and start-up. She has experience from various chemical processes, with especially good knowledge in electrochemical processes. Most recently, Karolina has been working with Power-to-X projects, focusing on hydrogen electrolysis, methanol and jet fuel production. |
Sander Riga Sander has worked as a process engineer in the chemical industry for over 20 years and is a member of the Dow Heat Transfer Expertise Area. In the Technology Conversion Project, a collaboration between Dow and Alfa Laval, Sander plays a crucial role in implementing compact heat exchanger technology. This innovative approach offers a more efficient and cost-effective alternative to commonly used heat exchanger types. |
Ulf Degerstedt Ulf has more than 30 years experience from base metal production and is now responsible for Boliden Rönnskär's journey towards lowered CO2 emissions and low carbon metals. He has spent many of his years in production and understands the importance of heat exchanger performance and how to ensure performance in a 24/7 operation. |
Anna Celsing Anna has been leading change in global organizations for the past 15 years. Today, she drives the implementation of the sustainability strategy at Alfa Laval. Committed to effecting global change on a policy level, Anna is a member of several international sustainability committees, as well as the advisory board of the Centre for Sustainable Enterprise at Lund University. She holds an MSc in chemical engineering and is a well-recognized keynote speaker. |
Matz Andersson Matz has more than 25 years of experience with most heat exchanger types in Alfa Laval’s portfolio and he has supported most applications where the heat exchangers are used. Matz is also involved in the development of new heat exchangers and is responsible for the calculation core in our heat exchanger design programs. His experience and dedication make him a key figure in Alfa Laval’s efforts to drive technological progress. |
Sara Widestadh Sara has more than 20 years of experience from driving service business and transformation in industrial companies. She is currently working on transforming the area of heat transfer service in Alfa Laval and is passionate about how service can contribute to creating a cleaner, more sustainable future. |
Tobias Vernersson Tobias has more than 20 years of global business experience, working across a range of industrial applications, primarily within the process industry and the energy sector. Remco Harmse Remco holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering and has worked in the field of plate heat exchangers for over 25 years. Remco’s experience is critical in his current role, where he and his team support customers in transitioning from a run-to-failure approach to planned maintenance. This proactive strategy ensures the optimal use of heat exchangers and significantly reduces CO2 emissions for their clients. |
Lars Nilsson Over the last 20 years, Lars has worked with nearly all equipment in Alfa Laval’s portfolio, including plate heat exchangers, separators, and decanters. He currently oversees the after-market sales in north Sweden. Lars frequently visits customer sites to assist with the equipment needs for their processes. Saving energy is a big focus right now, so Lars helps customers to save money and reduce downtime through cleaning programs, re-design, and reconditioning. |
Catarina Rolfsdotter-Jansson Catarina Rolfsdotter-Jansson is a Swedish journalist, moderator and program host focusing on sustainability. She is program host for We Don´t Have Time in collaboration with UNDP where she hosts online TV-broadcasts for audiences of up to 50 million people. She is Content Director and moderator for A Sustainable Tomorrow and a TED-X speaker. Her expertise is on all aspects of sustainability, but primarily climate action. |
