UniDisc™
UniDisc™: How does it work?
In the brewery industry, disc stack centrifuges are already a traditional feature. Alfa Laval, however, introduces UniDisc, a brand-new type of disc with imprinted micro caulks that can improve separator performance and save energy.
UniDisc™: Why should you have it?
With UniDisc, you can either increase separation capacity by 15% or reduce energy consumption by 15%. Additionally, less contact between each disc leads to a higher level of hygiene.
